Exciting DonorChase Updates
Our goal at DonorChase is to make it as easy as possible for you to keep on top of your contacts, and to work as a team to maximise revenue for your school or charity.
In a major step forwards, we've added two new interlinked software updates.
- Chasers are now linked to a specific person. When setting a new chaser, you will be able to select which team member is meant to be performing that Chase. This will create more accountability, and allow a better workflow.
- You can now receive a daily or weekly email reminding you of your Chasers. The email includes the phone number of the contact, how much you are chasing them for, and has a handy link straight to their DonorChase page, allowing you to quickly see their donating history.
In order to turn on your email reminders, log into DonorChase, go to Settings in the top bar, click My Profile, and use the Email frequency drop down. Please ensure that you are using a GDPR compliant email address to receive this financial information.
Our experience shows that the more DonorChase is used across your team, the higher the returns. Using existing and new features to direct and drive your fundraising will maximise your school's revenue.
